2. Purchasing Tanning Minutes

  • Tanning minutes can be purchased through our partner platform, Salon Tracker, accessible via a link on our Site.
  • Purchased minutes are credited to your account and must be used in person at Glow Tanning Studio.
  • Minutes are assigned to the individual purchaser and are non-transferable.
  • Prices, packages, and offers may change at any time without notice.

3. Use and Expiry of Minutes

  • Minutes may be subject to expiration, depending on the package purchased. Please check details during your Salon Tracker transaction.
  • Expired minutes will not be refunded, extended, or reissued.
  • Misuse or fraudulent activity may lead to forfeiture of minutes and/or suspension of your account.

4. Payments and Refund Policy

  • All payments for tanning minutes are processed through the Salon Tracker system.
  • Glow Tanning Studio does not process or store payment information made via Salon Tracker.
  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on tanning minutes, including unused or expired sessions.
  • For payment-related concerns, please contact the salon directly.

5. Health and Safety

  • Clients must notify staff of any health concerns, medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities that may affect tanning.
  • Eye protection is mandatory for all tanning sessions.

6. In-Studio Policy and Conduct

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
